WHAT:

The Drew Valley Civic Association (DVCA) is a volunteer organization that affirms a strong belief in the idea of self-determination through democratic means by ensuring that every member of the Association be allowed to participate in the decisions that affect his or her life and the neighborhood in which they live. (Reference, DVCA Bylaws)

WHO:

The DVCA is comprised of a group of Drew Valley residents who voluntarily work together to serve the best interests of the greatest number of neighbors.  It is structured as follows:

WHY:

The purposes of the Association is to unite the people of the neighborhood and to maintain and enhance the quality of life in the area through an organization concerned with the common issues; to provide a means for discussions and solutions of such issues; and to provide a mechanism to unite and activate neighbors quickly and efficiently.

HISTORY:

The DVCA has been a neighborhood institution for over a quarter century.  Over the past several months there has been a concerted effort to expand the DVCA imprint as an active and integral part of our neighborhood. 

HOW:
