The zoning committee stays up to date on zoning, planning, development, and related issues in the City of Brookhaven that directly affect the DVCA area. These include major or minor updates to the city Zoning Ordinance, the city Comprehensive Plan, and other development plans of the city of Brookhaven or DeKalb County, as well as rezonings and variance changes.
The City has created a Character Area plan for the area of Ashford Park and Drew Valley.
