This is the core management team of the Association. It consists of four officers:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

The incumbents are elected by the membership and serve two-year terms.

DVCA President Sarah Moffat is happy to call Atlanta home again after a few moves to Charlotte and Chicago.  She along with her husband & son reside on Grant Drive.Sarah has a ten-year career having worked at several Atlanta based companies including The Home Depot, Georgia-Pacific, and Newell Brands within merchandising, brand management, category management and sales.  Currently, she is focusing her time and energy on contributing to the growth of her child.  In her spare time, she is an avid reader, listener of non-fiction podcasts, and enjoys walking her silver lab in the neighborhood.  Sarah holds a BA in marketing and finance from the University of Iowa.   
Jerry Farinola, DVCA Vice President, lived in Atlanta in the 80’s and returned in 2000. He and his wife Patty live on Burch Circle in a home that Patty bought in 1991. They love how walkable Drew Valley is
and you’ll see them around the neighborhood on evenings and weekends. After 35 years in the banking industry, mostly in consulting and technology, Jerry left the corporate
world in 2013 to sell men’s clothing. He is with Miller Brothers Ltd. in Buckhead. Jerry brings previous association experience having served two terms as president of the North Springs Homeowners’ Association in Sandy Springs from 2005-2009. He has a BS in Business Administration from Florida State
University.
Wes Robinson and his wife are both native Atlantans and have lived in Drew Valley since 2018.  You’ll often find them walking their dog Lucy on Drew Valley’s walkable quiet streets which are among their favorite parts of the neighborhood. Wes has a career in advocacy and holds his undergraduate degree from UGA and an MBA from Georgia Tech.   
Carey Miller is a North Georgia native and resides on Cove Circle with his wife, Jessica. Carey enjoys walks with his wife and their golden doodle in our wooded neighborhood, frequenting local Brookhaven businesses, and is an avid college football fan. Carey is an attorney with the Robbins Firm in Atlanta where he focuses his practice in litigation, regulatory compliance, and government affairs. Prior to joining the Robbins Firm, Carey served as Executive Counsel to former Governor Nathan Deal and was co-chair of Governor Deal’s Criminal Justice Reform Council. Carey is a “Double Dawg” graduate of the University of Georgia, where he obtained a BA in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, he is a graduate of the Leadership Georgia Class of 2019.
