This is an administrative and ad hoc committee that is responsible for ensuring that residents have viable candidates to vote on for the annual elections in the fall. It is administrative in that it support the infrastructure of the Association. It is an ad hoc committee in that it meets on an as-needed basis and the membership is subject to frequent change.
