The Communications Committee is responsible for keeping all residents informed about what is going on in Drew Valley. Communication is the key to building and maintaining an informed and cohesive community. It ensures that we are apprised timely about issues and it enables us to engage and activate quickly. It serves all committees by letting residents know what the mission groups are doing and how they can support the committees’ mission.
An essential and broad-reaching communication initiative is the publication of the Drew Valley Voice newsletter. Our most recent edition is the Summer 2020 edition. **Special Thanks to Patty Farinola, Yun Jeong Kwak, Bailey Webb, and Jim Masone for their creativity and hard work in pulling this document together!

Communications Committee Chair, 2020
Jessica Matthews fell in love with Drew Valley in 2014, living in a garage apartment on Grant Drive. After getting married, she brought her husband back to buy their first home on Poplar Springs. They are happily building family life with two pups and a toddler. Jessica works in communications (mostly writing), loves the arts, and hosts (pandemic-protocol) grill outs as often as she is able.
